Shipping is free with Neo for all central areas. For outlying areas rates please click here.

Lead times for central areas.

All sandals are custom made to order – please allow for 12-14 days for factory lead time , then 2 to 3 days to courier your parcel to you (depending on your area). For shoes please allow an additional 2 days.
Please check your shipping address when placing the order and let us know as soon as possible if you have any concerns so that we can let the courier company know. Please send a physical address for all shipping within South Africa as we can’t deliver to a PO Box, unfortunately.

Once your shoes leave our factory, the courier company is responsible for them. If you suspect your parcel has gone missing or you made an error on the delivery address, please let us know and we will alert the company. Shipping is non-refundable.

Guarantee / Exchanging of shoes:

Workmanship & Component Quality Guarantee
Neo will exchange or repair shoes with quality related issues provided, that they are returned within 3 months of purchase. (Proof of date purchased, will need to be provided)

We regret that we will not be able to exchange shoes where there has been improper care or excessive wear and tear.
