Returns and Exchanges
We are artists who love our craft and we check each item with love and serious consideration, however, human error can happen at times. Should your shoes be damaged in any way, please let us know within 10 working days.
Please email email@example.com for the return address. Once we receive the item in its original, unworn condition, we will process a refund, store credit or exchange. Your choice.
We subsidise the initial delivery courier in our prices but not return or exchange transport. If we did the shoes would need to be more expensive. We hope you understand, the return courier will be to your account but we can handle the admin for you.
The same applies for exchanged items. Please check the size chart carefully.
